Where we ship: Isla Essentials currently ships to addresses in Canada and the United States where delivery is available at checkout.

Order processing: Orders begin processing after payment is confirmed. Processing time varies by product and fulfillment location. The most relevant estimate for an item will be shown on its product page or in the order confirmation.

Estimated delivery: Delivery time depends on the item, destination, carrier, customs processing, and other conditions outside our control. Any delivery date or range is an estimate, not a guarantee. We will share tracking details when they become available.

Separate packages: Items in the same order may ship from different locations and arrive in separate packages with separate tracking.

Address accuracy: Please check your shipping address before ordering. Contact us immediately through the Contact page if you notice an error — we cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment has started.

Delays: If tracking hasn't updated for several days, contact us through the Contact page with your order number and we'll help with the next step.
